troyTroy Hall – President Emeritus

Troy has five daughters, fifteen grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. His love for the Lord and for his family is evident in his life. In the past few years, he and his wife, Juanita, have enjoyed traveling the world together.

jimJim Boyd

Jim pastors at Briarwood in Ringgold Ga, teaches at Bryan College, teaches martial arts, and takes care of all of the technical/engineering work at the station.

His favorite verse: “I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in Me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in My Name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father.” John 14:12-13

His goal: To dwell in God’s Presence and to do the stuff that Jesus did!


deborahDeborah Boyd

Deborah is married to Jim, and they have two grown sons, Jacob and Nick.

Her favorite scripture: “The one thing I ask of the Lord, the thing I seek most, is to dwell in the house all the days of my life, delighting in His loveliness and meditating in His Temple.” (Ps. 27:4)

Her goal: “To live in the manifest presence of the glory, power, and anointing of Almighty God!”


wandaWanda Mosley

Wanda Mosley is an important part of WTTI. She and her husband Larry have two sons. Mike is married to JoHanna and have a beautiful son, Sean Michael, and daughter Isabella Marie. Bill is married to Paula.

Wanda’s favorite scripture is Phil 4;13 – “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

Her goal: “To just be what the Lord would have me to be – to love, worship, and praise Him with all my heart!”

She says, “I feel so blessed to be a part of what God is doing at this radio station! Just to see how He’s blessing here and how this station is a blessing so many people and touching so many lives.”


Tom Phillips

Tom, originally from Dalton, is father to two grown daughters and grandfather to Libby, Cole, Kaylee and Ella. God has truly blessed him throughout his lifetime by creating in him a passion for serving others. Using his talents for creativity, production and voice, he has given back to both the Chattanooga and Dalton areas. Additionally, he gives of his time to area organizations supporting adults who are in healing and recovery. Most recently, he served as emcee for an Alzheimer’s benefit. Phillips is well known in the Northwest Georgia and Southeast Tennessee area as, “Chattanooga Tom-The man everybody loves to love.” During his time in Chattanooga Radio & TV, he was the two time recipient of the Billboard Music Award for: Best Show Production. He loves to create experiences for the community which have a marketing benefit from ideas through collaboration. Most importantly, he might be the biggest DSC Roadrunners fan! His Goal: “To honor God with talent, service, creativity and dependability. To be the blessing to Hope 93.3 and our community as they have been to me.” Favorite Verse: Ephesians 3:20 God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.



Shirley Boyd

Shirley ministered for 56 years as a pastor’s wife until her husband, Rev. James H. Boyd, Sr., passed away in 2013.  She now serves as Sunday school teacher at her church.  Shirley and James were married 56 years and have 5 children, 10 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.

Shirley’s favorite scripture: “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” (Isaiah 40:31)

Shirley’s goal: “To serve God always.”


JacobJacob Boyd

Jacob is the husband of Ashley and the daddy of Breanna. He is an Engineering Intern at WTTI Radio and engineering major at UTC, as well as a martial arts teacher. He is on the Praise Team at Briarwood Church, playing the bass and electric guitar, and carries the anointing of King David.



RosemaryRosemary Edwards

Rosemary is also a trainer and fitness instructor at Peak Fitness. One of the special projects that she and her husband, Scott, enjoy is hosting ‘Fit Tips,’ a radio segment that airs weekdays at noon.

Her favorite verse is “All things are possible for those that believe” Mk 9:23

Shirlene has been married to her husband Danny for 38 years. She and Danny have 2 daughters, 2 sons in law, and 4 grandchildren.  She loves spending time with her family.  She also loves working with the worship team at her church.  Mainly because she hears God’s voice, experiences His love, goodness and power exponentially during worship.

One of Shirlene’s favorite verses is Psalm 149:1-5.  “Praise the Lord. Sing to the Lord a new song, His praise in the assembly of His faithful people.  Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; let the people of Zion be glad in their King.  Let them praise his name with dancing and make music to Him with timbrel and harp.  For the Lord takes delight in His people; He crowns the humble with victory.  Let His faithful people rejoice in this honor and sing for joy on their beds.”

Charity manages the accounting at the radio station.  She has a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Business Finance from Liberty University.  Her favorite verse is 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 “But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.  That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties.  For when I am weak, then I am strong.”


Mario L. Miller

Everyday is a good Day. Every day the sun shines no matter what the forecast predicts. Husband of Corinthia, Pastor of Abundant Life Bible Church in Dalton, Ga. and WTTI Executive Account Manager. Favorite verse is John 10:10 (KJV)The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. His deepest desire is to live a life that defines the heart of God.


Michelle Hubbs

Michelle serves as the News Director here at the station. Michelle uses her passion for community and public relations to comb the area for events and topics we think you’ll love! She and her husband Lance raise their daughter Micah in the Chattanooga/North Georgia area.

One of Michelle’s many life verses is Joshua 1:9 : “Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

A graduate of Bryan College, Michelle holds a bachelors degree in business administration and a Masters in Law from Regent University School of Law where she studied nonprofit law and international human rights.



Haku is a Pomeranian, and is affectionately called the “Jesus Puppy”.

He has an uncanny ability to minister the love of Jesus to folks who are brokenhearted. He is drawn to those who need encouragement and stays very close to them, ministering the comfort and peace that only a canine can.

On many days, if you stop by the station, you will find him lying on the desk enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of praise and worship.

He can smile, sit, and dance. His favorite treats are carrots and yogurt.
